SUMMARY
Our luxuriously appointed, executive 4 bedroom villa is fully air conditioned with a large 36 ft private heated pool, large jacuzzi and gardens The sun decks benefit from all day sunshine! It comfortably sleeps eight and is located in a great position for all parks. It is an ideal setting for holidays of all types with everything you could possibly require at hand.
The villa is decorated and furnished to an exceptionally standard and also includes a travel cot, baby chair and childrens toys for those travelling with younger guests.
For entertainment, there are large screen cable televisions with DVDs in the two living rooms. The 2 double bedrooms also have TV/DVDs and CD players. There is a music system and a Playstation 2 with games! Also a computer with internet access and WiFi throughout the villa - keep in touch or up to date at your leisure! The formal dining room can be used for those family/friends get togethers whereas the fully appointed dining kitchen adjoining the family room provides a more relaxed atmosphere.
The main living area has very comfortable seating and is a great place to relax and unwind.
There is a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobes, en suite facilities (fully refurbished this year) and direct access to the pool. A further double bedroom, and two twin rooms - one Disney themed for younger guests and all with fitted wardrobes, sleeping a total of eight very comfortably. The oversized pool area has al fresco but fully covered dining, with seating and a table for at least 6 people, and a multitude of sunloungers and chairs - there is plenty of space for everyone. The heated pool and jacuzzi are both lit at night and fully enclosed - the hot jacuzzi provides absolute luxury at the end of a hard day around the parks or golf course! Both Walt Disney Resort and various high quality golf courses are within 5 minutes drive. For absolute peace of mind, the villa is professionally managed locally for all guest requirements.

DESCRIPTION
Our beautiful villa is located in a quiet residential area only 5 minutes from the main attraction of Disney World and even closer to magnificent golf courses! Experience for yourself the air conditioned luxury and space of our home - it's certainly large enough for 2 families! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - the master bedroom having an en suite - with ample living space to match. The property is very well furnished throughout and equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a dream come true.
LIVING
There is a lounge and a separate family room. The lounge has 3 comfortable sofas, where you can sit and quietly read a book from the extensive collection, watch the large screen cable television, one of the many DVDs, or listen to music. You can even play one of the board games.
The family room is located off the dining kitchen and has a further 2 double sofas, various occasional tables, large television with cable, a Playstation 2 games console with lots of games, DVD and a CD stereo system. The family room has patio doors with views out to the pool and jacuzzi and the garden beyond.
KITCHEN
The fully fitted (dishwasher, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle) modern dining kitchen is located off the family room and has plenty of work space to get the whole family involved in meal preparations. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, able to be used both indoors and out by the pool. The whole kitchen and family room area is ceramic tiled. There is a walkabout telephone (with free local and national calls) with caller display that works throughout the house and outside.
In between the dining kitchen and lounge is the dining area. Best used for those formal occasions or large family meals. There is a large glass table with seating for 6.
The laundry room is in the garage with large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a large closet in the hall which has a lockable deposit box, an abundance of pool towels and pool toys etc.
BEDROOMS
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is entered off the dining area and is completely isolated from the other 3 bedrooms on the other side of the house. This is a great sized room even by American standards! It has a queen bed with matching bedroom furniture and there is also a dresser with mirror above. Cable TV/DVD and CD player are provided for your enjoyment. There is also an alarm clock radio just in case you sleep in, and a telephone. The walk in wardrobe has yet more storage for your clothes or holiday purchases! The en suite has just been refurbished in a contemporary monochrome theme and provides direct access to the pool area. It includes a toilet, his and hers white marble sinks, large under storage pedestal, large walk in shower cubicle, medicine cabinet and hair dryer - all laid out over cool black ceramic floor tiles.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
This room is accessed off the family room on the opposite side of the house to the master. It has a queen bed, bedside table/drawers and a built in closet. It is tastefully decorated and has TV/DVD, CD player and an alarm clock radio.
2 x TWIN BEDROOMS
Both twin bedrooms are also tastefully decorated - one of which with more of a Disney theme! Both have bedside tables/drawers with night lamps, radio alarm clocks, built in closets.
The second bathroom has also been fully refurbished in a contempory monochrome theme and includes a toilet, bath, over shower, white marble sink, large under storage pedestal, medicine cabinet and hair dryer - all laid out over cool black ceramic floor tiles.
EXTERIOR
We have a great 36' x 22' (max) freeform heated pool and luxurious raised jacuzzi seating 4 adults very comfortably - all fully screened. There is a large sundeck area which benefits from all day sun, new sun loungers and chairs (all with cushions), and a table and 6 chairs for outside covered dining - all outside furniture was replaced this season! The pool and jacuzzi have under water lighting and there are plenty of pool toys available for your use.
The pool bathroom is accessed directly off the sundeck, so there is no need to walk through the house with wet, slippy feet.
For added child safety, both entrances to the pool area (en suite and patio doors) are protected with pool door alarms. These notify guests when the doors are opened.
Outside the pool screen there is a large privately owned lawn. There are no homes behind the villa, just a county road backing on to conservation wooded land.
An added benefit is that the villa does not require keys for access. There is an electronic digital door entry system that just requires a code before you depart. This means there are no keys to pick up/drop off - therefore saving valuable holiday time, and people can come and go without sharing keys.
Other than a very small step at the front and back doors, the whole internal space of the villa is entirely on one level, making it very useful for guests who require wheelchair use, or to help prevent the slips and trips of the little ones.
There is also complimentary use of the remote garage door opener which means you don't have to sit in an unbearably hot car each time you leave the house!

All villa guests have exclusive access to the sub division facilities which include:
